Refund policy

We design our products comfortably to help you Be Different. Be You at peak level. If they are not working exactly right for you, we have you covered. You have 10 days to return the product to us and we will either repair it, replace it, or credit your account, depending on the situation and subject to the terms below.

1. Unwanted Products

In general, you can return an unwanted Mswenko product to us at no charge, provided that:

• the item is undamaged and unused, with the original labels, tags, and stickers still attached
• the item is returned in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition, with all seals still intact where applicable
• the item is not missing any accessories or parts, for example laces, insoles, tags, buttons or branded packaging

This applies to all Mswenko products including any other apparel or accessories purchased from our store.

Once we have received, inspected, and approved the returned product, we will process your refund if that is your preference. Please note that refunds can take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

2. Want to exchange?

Our Mswenko products may be exchanged for a different size or variation, provided that the requested variation is available and offered at the same price as the product originally purchased.

In such cases, if ordered online you will send the product back to us via a courier of your choice and we will deliver the replacement item to you at no charge.

If the requested size or variation is not immediately available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product, or issue a refund if that is your preference, within 8 days of you logging the return.

All exchanges are subject to the product being unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition, including original packaging, labels, tags, and any accessories or parts that came with the item.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate and approve your return or exchange.

3. Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong Mswenko product to you, or if the product is not as described on our website, or is missing any accessories or parts, please notify us as soon as possible. We will collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have received, inspected, and validated your return, we will, at your choice, either
• deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible, provided it is available, or
• credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 8 days of the return, or issue a refund if that is your preference.

This applies to all Mswenko products sold in our store.
